This is a website for The Bristol - located in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh, PA. The Bristol is the premiere owner-occupied cooperative residential community in Pittsburgh.

The Bristol was constructed in 1965 and is composed of 56 two and three bedroom units all owned by the residents. Central heat, air conditioning, utilities and real estate taxes are included in the all inclusive monthly fees. In addition, there is a twenty four hour valet service and all owners' cars are parked within the building.

Facilities include a full exercise room, a furnished roof top deck, building security, and a guest room available to owners. There are frequent social events.

Our owners cover the full spectrum of ages including those in the middle of their careers as well as those who are active retirees.
